“The Back Space”
Newly remodeled back space of the primary building. It is a 3,000 sq. ft. space, with lofty
ceilings, a barn or garage vibe, right in the heart of Cedarburg.

Instructor: Physical therapists, and other trained educated professionals who are hired and trained in SBR method.
Limited Space: 18 to a class

What is it? A specialized class developed by our founder, Dr. Jeanie Crawford, to learn to use your own body weight to get in shape for life and SBR activities. The primary focus is on developing and improving strength.

The exercises utilize approximately 45 minutes of a 1-hour timed circuit training class. Props will vary by class and may include parallel bars, parallettes, monkey bars, resistant bands, weights, aerial silks and more.

Who should participate? Participants who this may appeal to are people who:

  • Do not like traditional gyms, and/or like to use their bodies as resistance/strength/power training.
  • Want to learn how to use their own weight to get tone/stronger or are already doing it but want a more formal workout and social atmosphere.
  • Families and sports teams who want to train together as a tribe

What does the participant need to bring and wear?

  • Appropriate gym shoes
  • Sport clothes
  • Water bottle
  • Yoga mat for warm-up and station

Why should someone participate and what can you expect?

  • Many experts recommend creating a workout routine you enjoy and want to stick with — and group fitness classes are a great place to start.
  • They also provide community and allow you to step in for a pre-planned workout — all you need to do is show up and move through it.
  • Not very many calisthenic classes are currently offered. Most are CrossFit or gymnastics.
  • No flips or heavy weights here! Just BODIES and a few props!
  • Calisthenics is great for cross-training!
  • Taught by all Physical therapists or Biomechanics with clinical, personal, and scholarly experiences.
  • Limited 18 to a class in an amazing space!

Classes Cost:

  • 1st time introductory price – complimentary
  • $20 per class
  • $150 a 10-pack ($15/class)
  • $125 a 1-month class which includes all SBR classes offered (Runs the 1st of the month to the last day of the month for which it is issued.)

Instructor: Physical Therapists and other educated professionals who are hired and trained in Jeanie’s Methods.

Limited Space: 12 to a class

What is it? A specialized class developed by our founder, Dr. Jeanie Crawford, designed to enhance the biomechanics of runners, swimmers, and bikers.

This dynamic class adapts to the changing seasons of triathlon training in the Midwest, focusing on mobility, agility, flexibility, endurance, strength, power, Classes will be guided by scientists with clinical and scholarly expertise in human biomechanics. Equipment may include, but are not limited to treadmills, resistant bands, weights, parallel bars, and Pilates reformers.

Who should participate? Participants who this may appeal to are people who:

  • Runners, Swimmers, and Bikers of all levels
  • Women, moms, and families looking to train together
  • Teams or individual athletes preparing for competitions
  • Individuals interested in improving their biomechanics
  • Aspiring triathletes and fitness enthusiasts of all ages and sexes

What does the participant need to bring and wear?

  • Appropriate indoor shoes (I.e., clean – no dirt or gravel; provides for cleaner atmosphere for all to enjoy!)
  • Athletic apparel
  • Water bottle

Why should someone participate and what can you expect?

  • Physical therapist as trainers (highly trained in biomechanics; prevention, healing at all levels of athletes)
  • Specific to SWIM BIKE RUN mechanics – focus, mental aspect and exercises designed for success in these sports
  • Small class limited to 12 participants in a quaint space!
